it’s the people running the cloud that we need to protect data from – there is more than enough value in the metadata as far as they (and law enforcement agencies) are concerned.
people should be livid that what this really tells you is that a lot of the data currently ‘in the cloud’ is sitting there unencrypted and open to those with enough power to demand it!
